Warranty Information

With this purchase, Seller makes a 30 day parts only warranty from date of purchase. This (parts only) warranty specifically does not apply to any electrical part purchased under any condition. Nor does this (parts only) warranty extend to any part. What constitutes commercial use will be determined solely by the Seller. No warranty, express or implied, is made for brake conditions of any kind.

Engine warranty specifically does not include carburetors, intake or exhaust manifold wires or ignition parts, water pump, oil, gas, or water leaks. Engine warranty includes only excessive smoking, engine noise and excessive oil use. Severity of these conditions will be determined solely by the Seller.

Transmission, trans-axles and differentials are guaranteed to work properly for 30 days from date of purchase.

Seller Recommends new oil, seals and gaskets to be installed before installation and use of engines, transmissions, trans-axles and differentials, if this recommendation is not followed, Seller specifically makes no guarantee against any oil leaks of any kind.

No warranty for labor, towing charges, travel charges, or any charge related to the installation of any part is made by Seller. Seller does not offer any mechanical services.

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of any merchandise. Any limitations contained herein does not apply where prohibited by law.

All used merchandise must be inspected by the Buyer for defects and/or safety hazards. Seller states that it in no way guarantees or gives any express or implies warranty for any merchandise exchanged or sold in this transaction. Seller affirmatively states that all merchandise may have safety hazards. Seller specifically makes warranty, express or implied, for any apparent or non-apparent safety hazards. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer of his agent to inspect the merchandise for actual or latent safety hazards.

Terms of Sale

Seller makes no refunds on parts that are:

1. Damaged or improperly installed by the Buyer.
2. Disassembled, altered or missing parts when returned.
3. Special body cuts, frame sections, or specially ordered.

If these conditions are not met, any adjustments will be made by parts only.

A cash deposit is required for orders where parts must be removed or ordered from other sources.

These special order deposits are not refundable. Cash deposits are good for 30 days. Freight charges are not returnable.

All exchange parts (core) must be returned at the time of purchase or a core charge will be made.

This core charge will be refunded only if the returned core is accompanied by the original invoice

When purchase is originally made by check, refunds will be made by check within 10 working days of the date customer's check was accepted.
